"Hickory Grilling Chips" Indroducing our best hickory wood chips for that great wood smoked flavor! Hickory produces a sweet to strong, but not overpowering, bacony flavor which adds to any red meat, poultry or pork. Our grilling wood comes from our aged full grown trees that have no chemical sprays applied to them and are cut, split and sized to a uniform shape that works best for any grilling application.

​"Jams and jellies:" My wife Wendy and I have been canning our home grown garden produce for over 20 years and we are state certified and licensed through our local health department to make our products. There is nothing like opening a jar of produce in the middle of winter and enjoying that great taste! Our latest additions are our jams and jellies. We will be offering Peach jam as well as Grape and Blackberry jelly later this year. Our recipe is a light, low sugar blend (the natural sugar content of the fruit makes it work) Again watch for more info later this year!

"Weathered Wood Clock" We are currently in the proccess of dismantling an old farm building that my father and grandfather built many years ago. In fact the wood is 100 plus years old! With the wood we are making "weathered wood clocks" that would make a great addition to any room in your home or office.
